Keep It Together is a dramedy series about 40-year-old nurse Lina Edin and her life in small town Sweden. Lina works at the E.R. and lives alone with her 14-year-old twins Molly and Melvin. Linaâs two years older sister Petra lives close by with her family. When their father Kenneth is diagnosed with Alzheimerâs disease, life changes drastically for both sisters, starting with Kenneth moving into Linaâs house.
Linaâs sense of responsibility is as strong as her impulse control is weak. She is well-spoken and fast thinking. Keep It Together is about a working-class family, used to playing the cards they are dealt, and accepting the circumstances of life. A workday will wear you out completely. Weekends are for celebrating. Nobody sees themselves as a victim. Self-respect, happiness, and pride look entirely different here, than they do in an upper-class area. Itâs fun to be around Lina and her family. The relationships are defined by humour, levity, empathy, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Â

Weiss is young, unknown, and completely untested in politics. But who is he really?
Political consultant Maxie is tasked with investigating Weissâs past. She decides to dig deeper into Weiss and the people around him, convinced she will bring skeletons out of the closet.

âMy hope is that Thin Blue Line” will be a moving, warm and exciting series with high authenticity. For me this is a series about people that constantly get involved in extreme situations and how they are able to handle them (or are not able to handle them) emotionally. It has to do with both our society and the individual person. It is a series where it will be easy to feel love and understanding for the characters whether or not what they do is right or wrong. When I last read the script what struck me is how many layers there are in our society and how they are shown through what our characters go through. What is the society’s responsibility for and where lies your loyalty as an individual. Thin Blue Line lifts up questions that concern us every day. There are many questions in the series that do not have simple answers and that engage people. It is a series with temperament and warmth and will not shine away lightness or darkness. Serious subjects are combined with humor which, is needed in order for the public to stay interested and entertained.”
